Here, cashews, walnuts and almonds are combined with chia and flaxseed to give a more complex and delicious nutty flavor. Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup Cashews
  • 1/4 cup Walnuts
  • 1/4 cup Almonds, Supreme Whole
  • 2 tbsp Flax Seeds
  • 2 tbsp Chia Seeds
  • 1/2 tsp Sea Salt

Directions:

  1. Add cashews, walnuts, almonds, flax seeds and chia seeds to a blender and mix until smooth.
  2. Mix in salt to taste.

Super Seed Nut Butter

#2 Mint Chocolate Chip Smoothie
This mint chocolate chip smoothie is out-of-this-world refreshing. It’s green and healthy, but seriously delicious – you’ll swear it’s dessert. The recipe combines a frozen banana, chocolate protein powder, spinach, almond milk and the two true stars of the show: cacao nibs and fresh mint leaves. Cacao nibs can help boost heart health, while mint leaves help promote digestion.

Ingredients:

  • 1 medium banana
  • 1 scoop Protein Powder, Chocolate
  • 10 leaf fresh mint leaves
  • 1 cup Spinach
  • 2 cups Almond Milk
  • 2 tsp Cacao Nibs
  • 4 Ice Cubes

Directions:

  1. Freeze a ripe banana.
  2. Place banana, protein powder, spinach, mint and almond milk in blender and mix until a thick, consistent mixture is achieved. Add ice if a thicker texture is desired.
  3. Add cacao nibs and mix on low speed until they are dispersed throughout the mixture.

Mint Chocolate Chip Smoothie

#3 Almond Nut Milk
Why buy almond milk at the store when you can easily make your own? All you need is a fine mesh cloth or strainer (and your blender, of course). You can get creative with how you flavor your milk; here we use a touch of maple syrup, vanilla bean and cinnamon. Add the milk to your coffee or cereal, or just drink it straight!

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup Almonds, Supreme Whole
  • 3 cups Water (filtered Tap Water)
  • 1 tbsp Maple Syrup
  • 1/2 vanilla bean pod
  • 1 tsp cinnamon

Directions:

  1. Soak almonds overnight.
  2. Drain almonds and place in blender with water. Blend on high until completely mixed.
  3. Over a medium bowl, pour mixture through a fine mesh colander or cloth, straining the liquid from the remaining nut mixture.
  4. Add liquid back to blender and add maple syrup, vanilla and cinnamon and blend on low for about 10 seconds.

Almond Nut Milk

#4 Hearty Gazpacho Bowl
There’s something super refreshing about a bowl of chilled gazpacho. Here we’ve taken it to the next level by adding chickpeas, corn and avocado; it’s a dish that’s fit for an entree. The combination of complex carbs, protein, fiber and healthy fats gives this once-simple appetizer true staying power. And feel free to turn up the heat by adding more pepper.

Ingredients:

  • 1 yields lime juice
  • 1 whole Long English Cucumber, chopped
  • 1/2 medium red onion, chopped
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 2 cups Low Sodium Tomato Juice
  • 1 1/2 Tomato, Large
  • 1/4 Peppers, serrano, raw
  • 2 tsp Sea Salt
  • 1 1/4 cups cooked chickpeas, without salt, drained
  • 1 1/4 cups Frozen Corn
  • 4 tbsp Cilantro
  • 1 fruit without Avocados, raw, California, sliced

Directions:

  1. In a blender combine lime juice, cucumber, onion, garlic, tomato juice, tomato, pepper and salt. Blend on high until well-mixed and a thick consistency is achieved.
  2. Transfer to a bowl and fold in chickpeas and defrosted corn until well-mixed.
  3. Serve soup in bowls and top with cilantro and avocado.

Hearty Gazpacho Bowl

#5 Raw Mini Tart Crust
The base of this tart – pecans, almonds, sunflower seeds and dates – can be paired with different fillings like key lime, coconut cream and chocolate. They’re so easy to make and don’t require any baking – perfect for those who are strapped for time. The crusts are so tasty that you might even be tempted to enjoy them without any filling.

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup Chopped Pecans
  • 1/2 cup Almonds, Supreme Whole
  • 1/4 cup unsalted, dry-roasted sunflower seed kernels
  • 2 tsp Maple Syrup
  • 1 Medjool Dates
  • 1 tbsp Coconut Oil
  • 1 tbsp Shredded Coconut

Directions:

  1. Add all ingredients to blender and mix on low speed until pieces begin to break up and then increase the speed to high until mixture is consistent with a thick “dough.”
  2. Press mixture into bottom of muffin pan cups and place in the refrigerator for at least 45 minutes until dough hardens.

Raw Mini Tart Crust

#6 Vegan Pesto
This parm-free pesto makes for a great vegan-friendly sauce. It also swaps out pine nuts in favor of pistachios. Pistachios are packed with nutrients and are unique from other nuts in that they have lutein and zeaxanthin, two nutrients important for keeping your peepers healthy. You can use the pesto as a bread dip, salad dressing or pasta sauce. No matter how you use it, it’ll elevate any dish.

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup Pistachios
  • 2 Fresh Basil Leaves
  • 1/2 garlic clove
  • 1/4 cup Olive Oil, Extra Virgin
  • 1/2 tsp Sea Salt

Directions:

  1. Add pistachios, fresh basil leaves, half garlic clove and olive oil to blender or food processor.
  2. Combine on high speed until everything is mixed together well.
  3. Add salt to your liking.

Vegan Pesto

#7 Protein Blended Coffee
Coffee shops have nothing on this homemade blended coffee. Combining protein powder, frozen banana, espresso and nondairy milk, this frap is just the thing for getting your morning started right. We’re talking about efficiency right here: breakfast plus caffeine fix in one. You won’t even know what to do with all of that extra time in the morning (although a few extra minutes of sleep sound pretty good!).

Ingredients:

  • 1 medium banana
  • 1 scoop Protein Powder, Chocolate
  • 3 oz espresso
  • 1 cup Soy Milk
  • 1 cup Water (filtered Tap Water)
  • 4 Ice Cubes

Directions:

  1. Freeze banana overnight.
  2. Place all ingredients in blender and blend until well-mixed and a thick, consistent mixture is achieved.
  3. Add ice if desire thicker texture.

Protein Blended Coffee

#8 Strawberry – Basil Ice Cream
Making your own ice cream has never been easier. And the best part is you get to control which ingredients are added. Here, frozen strawberries (you can also use fresh) are combined with coconut milk, honey, vanilla and basil. That’s it! Basil leaves are rich in essential vitamins – including vitamins A and K. Plus, they add a uniquely fragrant flavor to your ice cream.

Ingredients:

  • 10 oz frozen strawberries
  • 10 oz Coconut Milk
  • 2 tbsp Honey
  • 1 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract
  • 5 Fresh Basil Leaves

Directions:

  1. In a blender combine all of the ingredients and mix until smooth.
  2. Add mixture to a bowl and place in the freezer for about 30 minutes.
  3. Mix the ice cream well, breaking up frozen pieces. Place ice cream back in the freezer for another 30 minutes. Repeat this process for about 2 hours or until ice cream becomes fully firm.
