Avocado Pasta Recipe

Why not try something different and use an avocado as a sauce for your pasta. Therefore we present you this avocado pasta recipe, which is very simple and easy to make.


  • pasta by choice – 130 g (4.6 oz)
  • avocado – 2 ripe and seedless
  • garlic – 2 cloves
  • salt and pepper – to taste
  • lemon juice – 2 tablespoons
  • fresh basil – 1/2 cup
  • olive oil – 1/3 cup
  • cherry tomatoes – 1 cup
  • corn, boiled – 1/2 cup


  • In a big pot boil water, add the pasta, salt and cook according to package instructions, drain well.
  • In a blender add the avocado, basil, garlic and lemon juice, for the sauce.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste. While you blend, slowly add the olive oil.
  • In a serving bowl combine pasta with the avocado sauce and add the sherry tomatoes and corn.
