Ingredients:
- 140 grams cornflakes cereal
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ¼ teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon pepper
- 2 chicken breasts
- 100 grams plain flour
- 1 egg yolk
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 180˚C/350˚F.
- Blitz the cornflakes, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a food processor to form crumbs. Set aside in a bowl for later.
- Cut the chicken breasts into nugget-size chunks. Coat in the flour, egg, and cornflake crumbs. Place on a baking tray and bake for 18 minutes or until cooked through.
