Japanese Water Therapy as a Cure for Many Diseases

Drinking at least one glass of water every morning after waking up is one of the most important daily routines in Japan.

The latest studies have shown that many diseases occur as a result of insufficient water intake. Water is an universal solution and the major metabolic component, and the lack of water often causes metabolic problems that result in different diseases and disorders.

The Japan Medical Association approved this therapy as successful in treating chronic diseases, and also certain diseases of the modern era. According to them, the water therapy is 100% effective in treating  headache, heart diseases, arthritis, epilepsy, asthma, tuberculosis, meningitis, kidney diseases, hemorrhoids, eye diseases, menstrual pain and others.

Water Therapy:

  • Drink 4 glasses of lukewarm water (4 x 160 ml) once you wake up.
  • Do not eat or drink anything in the next 45 minutes.
  • Eat your breakfast after 45 minutes.
  • Do not drink water or eat anything 2 hours after your breakfast, lunch or dinner.

If you can not drink 4 glasses of water at once, start with one glass and increase the amount every day.

The following list gives the number of days of treatment required to control, reduce or even cure main diseases:

  • High Blood Pressure – 30 days
  • Gastric – 10 days
  • Diabetes – 30 days
  • Constipation – 10 days
  • Cancer – 180 days
  • TB – 90 days

This Japanese therapy has no side-effects, and the recommended daily water intake is 30ml per 2 pounds of your weight.

It is nice to have a cup of cold drink after a meal. However, the cold water will solidify the oily stuff that you have just consumed. It will slow down the digestion.

Once this “sludge” reacts with the acid, it will break down and be absorbed by the intestine faster than the solid food. It will line the intestine. Very soon, this will turn into fats and lead to cancer. It is best to drink hot soup or warm water after a meal.

I hope you will find a way to make this a routine in your life, so Drink Water and Stay healthy and Active!
